    I love this book because it reminds me of how to live in my body. It helps me feel more connected to my natural animal self… the way us humans were designed to live. I try to practice the exercises in the book everyday. They definitely support my overall health, agility, and mental fitness. Go Human!

    I will never forget how you changed my life with the first edition of your book Human. I was in late pregnancy and my little Lan was practically sitting on my gut. With your tips, however, pooping has become a whole new experience.

    Nara has a specific talent to write simple but yet give such important messages to the World. With examples and short quotes, he teaches how to get back satisfaction in life by using some forgotten instinct “animal” habits. For me, it was an incredible discovery. Now when people ask me why I’m barefoot my answer is: “Because Nara says so!”

    I was intrigued by the book because I studied biology and often wondered about the role of biology in our lives – which we usually take for granted or even neglect. I was riveted to discover how Nara’s writing resonated with some physiological phenomena I felt instinctively actually had an explanation – and confirmed what I was suspecting. I now follow more of his advice in my private life, and I wish society was more tolerant to also live this way in public. Some day I hope 🙂 Definitely an interesting and even amusing reading! I hope there will be a sequel with more learnings!
