These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights of the customer and the business relationship between the web store operator and the customer. The website narapetrovic.com contains an online store that complies with the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 98/2004), the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 86/2004) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The site owner guarantees the protection of personal data and guarantees that the data of visitors and users will be used only for the purpose of smooth processing of orders and won’t be handed over to ana third parties.

Internet sales on the website http://narapetrovic.com is managed by the company Presnova, svetovanje, moderiranje in založništvo, Nara Petrovič s.p., with the office at Topolovec 29, 6272 Gračišče, Slovenia. The company was registered on 1. 6. 2019 at Business Register of Slovenia.

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and they include the Slovenian 9.5% VAT rate for printed books and 22% VAT for e-books. Prices exclude delivery charges. Prices may change without notice.

Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the prices of products you have ordered before dispatch we will contact you and give you the option of canceling your order or reconfirming it at the correct price. If we cannot contact you we will cancel the order.

Prices and Promotions you see on https://narapetrovic.com may differ to prices and promotions in our shop, and vice versa. Any special offers will be priced accordingly while stocks last.

Your Profile

You may not transfer your profile to another person, share it with anyone, or use it to impersonate anyone. You agree that you will provide us with accurate profile information (such as your real name, valid e-mail and delivery addresses), and accurate, non-fraudulent payment information. The bookstore on narapetrovic.com may delete your profile if we are unable to verify or authenticate the information you provide to us. Profiles may only be created by individuals who are able to enter into legally binding and enforceable contracts.


To complete your purchase in the webstore you have to enter your information and addres. That makes the purchase possible.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct and accurate data.

The customer may also register by clicking on “My account” and entering his data: email and password.

By registering and completing a purchase, the customer allows Presnova, in order to fulfill the contract and for direct marketing, to establish, keep, and  manage with personal data for an unlimted period. Presnova guarantees personal data protection according to laws that defines personal data protection.

You can always, by email or phone, demand that we stop using your data for direct marketing. Upon your demand we’ll do it within 15 days and inform you about the cancelation.

You will receive an order summary and confirmation email upon ordering. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • Non-availability of a product or products
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.

If there are any problems with your order, we will attempt to contact you via email or by phone.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

The purchase

When you’re making your purchase, you select the goods you want and add them to your cart. When you have finished selecting the goods, click on “Shopping Cart” in the upper right corner of the screen. After reviewing the accuracy of the quantities and amounts, you continue to confirm by clicking “Checkout”. At the next step, you enter your address details (where also the invoice will be delivered), choose your payment method (Paypal or credit card), and the delivery address, if it differs from your billing address.

You can change all this information and the contents of the basket during the purchase until the moment when you finally place an order by clicking on the “Place order” button.

By clicking on the “Place order” button you confirm that you are familiar with the full text of terms and conditions, outlined in this text, of which you were explicitly reminded at registration. The contract with international customers is made in English.

By clicking on the “Place order” button in the last step of the purchase, we will capture your order and you will receive an e-mail on the address you provided when registering. This concludes the contract for the purchase of the ordered products. In the case of the need to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of delivery, we may call you at your specified contact phone number or send you an e-mail.

Registered users can check the contents of the order at any time after logging in to narapetrovic.com. The order form is stored electronically on the server and is accessible to you in the My Account area.

We reserve the right to exceptionally waive the execution of the order in cases where the ordered books run out of stock, if we find that the payment is highly risky, or if the order form has not been filled in according to the general conditions. In such and similar cases, we will immediately notify you by email or phone.

You will receive an email notification when we ship the goods.

We issue electronic invoices and, when specifically requested, printed invoices.


We accept all major credit cards and laser cards. Your card will charged when we receive your order.

In-store collection

Please indicate when ordering if you would prefer to collect your order in-store. Please bring your confirmation email when you visit.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours. The process may take longer during the months of June, July and August. You will receive an email upon dispatch. Delivery is normally 3-7 working days from date despatched, EU delivery is normally 3-10 working days from date despatched, Rest of the World delivery is normally 5-14 working days from date despatched. Priority post will incur an additional charge, please contact us for details. For overseas queries, please contact us via email.

We reserve the right to deny fulfilment of delivery in the case of postal service’s inability to ship to a particular country or region. Currently, our postal service doesn’t deliver to: Guatemala, Yemen, Libya, Syria, and Somalia.

In case of temporary unavailability, we will hold your order until all items ordered are available unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Postage charges will apply to each separate delivery.

It is our policy to re-use and re-cycle packaging where possible.


You can cancel or amend any order placed with narapetrovic.com provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please forward your order confirmation email to narapetrovic@gmail.com with CANCELLATION in the subject field. Cancellation requests may not be dealt with immediately and may result in your order being dispatched. We will notify you as to whether the order has been dispatched.


It’s important that every product is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you immediately upon delivery. Any shortage on the delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, via email. We will not be responsible for any shortage not reported within 24 hours and by the advised method.

Complaints, returns and material errors

In case of replacement of defective goods, please inform us at narapetrovic@gmail.com and notify us of the error and send us a copy of the invoice.

In case of damaged books or other goods due to a real or hidden defect, we will send the new goods to your address within five days from the receipt of your complaint. If we do not currently have books in stock, we will refund you the full purchase price within 7 days of receiving the complaint.

We can withdraw from delivering the order if the ordered goods are not currently in stock, if there was a manifest error in the price list, if the order was not executed in accordance with the Terms of Payment or if we notice the buyer’s inability to pay. Pursuant to the The Law on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution (ZIsRPS), the provider states that it does not cooperate with any Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution contractor.

The obligation to issue an invoice

The buyer receives the tax confirmed invoice together with the product supplied.

Liability exclusion

Presnova, Nara Petrovič s.p. makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of the information, nor does it assume any liability for damages or other liability for errors or omissions in the contents of the published offers. Presnova, Nara Petrovič s.p. has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, by updating this post.

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided the goods are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded. The returned parcel must include the original order reference and your contact details (the order reference is the 5 digit number in your invoice). The cost of book covering or delivery charges are not refunded where the customer decides to returns items. If a customer re-orders an item, a delivery charge will apply.

If you receive incorrect or damaged goods you can return them for a full refund including postage costs. Please include your reason for return, the invoice number, your phone number and indicate whether your require reimbursement or replacement. If we do not receive the original items within 14 working days of delivery we may charge you for the items.

Limitation of liability

By purchasing from narapetrovic.com you agree that a full refund with paid delivery will be your sole and exclusive remedy for any product you receive that is not as described on narapetrovic.com website and you waive all other remedies or actions in such event. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase.
