This is how I can help you

Let me be honest: I’m not interested in shallow, feel-good work where the effects wear off within weeks. If you’re keen to commit to a practice and follow through, I’m happy to help you!

I can create a tailored solution for your situation. My toolbox contains a plethora of methods, skills, and know-how.

My life experience is summed up on my About page. Here, I focus on my skills and competencies.

I thrive when I facilitate and support teams.

I have broad experience as a writer, editor, and translator.

I’m interculturally literate and understand several languages.

I got my hands dirty in gardens and forests, at construction sites and cleanups. I also sat on boards and councils of international organizations. My wide-ranging experiences give me a rounded understanding of the knots and bolts of well-functioning enterprises (and no less the ones that are having trouble).

I have experience with EU-funded projects both as a member of the council and of the staff of ECOLISE.

I’m a heterodox and extra-cultural thinker typically aiming for a meta-perspective—thus all my writing!

As a young man, I was a Hare Krishna monk for seven years. This equipped me with a visceral intuition for cultish group dynamics and for genuine community glue.

I’m well-read and acquainted with the peculiarities of the current global political and economic reality.

I am not aligned with any explicit political ideology, religion, or philosophy. I lean towards agnostic progressive liberalism while being critical of its excesses. I used to be critical of social conservatism but lately, I gained appreciation for it—in relative terms.

My toolbox:
– a vast array of facilitation tools, techniques, and tricks
– broad coaching and counseling experience, applying tools like…
Dragon Dreaming
Community Incubator CLIPS
– Hero’s Journey
Community Building (by Scott Peck)
Sociocracy
World Cafe
Open Space Technology
– Spiral Dynamics
– Non-violent Communication
etc.
